Who can use ActiveFloor?
ActiveFloor can be used by children, teenagers, and adults – depending on the games and activities selected. Today, it is used in schools, daycare centers, museums, hospitals, and experience centers.
What are the benefits of using ActiveFloor?
ActiveFloor combines movement with learning, play, and communication. It increases engagement, strengthens collaboration, and helps maintain attention – in a fun and interactive way.
What do you need to get started?
All you need is a suitable surface and access to power — we take care of the rest.
When you order ActiveFloor, all necessary equipment and materials are included, such as:
- A durable vinyl floor surface (minimum 3.2 x 2 metres)
- A complete projector kit (16:10 format)
- A PC with Windows 10
- A wireless keyboard
- A tracking camera that registers movement
- Standard speakers for audio
- A projector remote control
- Installation box and all required installation materials
- Hotline service agreement, including on-site technical support

What does it cost?
The price depends on the solution you choose – including hardware model, license period, and any additional services.

How is it installed?
We take care of the entire installation – and we also show you how to use the system. Installation typically takes one day, and we make sure everything is running smoothly before we leave.
Do we need to develop the content ourselves?
No – the system comes with a wide range of ready-to-use games and activities. At the same time, you can customize existing content or create your own games through our user-friendly MyFloor platform.
Is it difficult to use?
Not at all. The system is very intuitive – even for users who are not used to working with technology. Most people are up and running after just a few clicks.
Can we try it first?
Yes – we offer both online and on-site demos, so you can experience ActiveFloor before making a decision. It’s a great way to see whether it fits your needs.
What if we experience issues – is support available?
Yes. We offer both support and service agreements. Our support team is ready to assist you if anything isn’t working properly or if you have questions.
Can we customize the content to fit our target audience?
Yes. ActiveFloor offers great flexibility. You can use our wide range of ready-made games and activities, or easily customize and create your own content – using your own images, questions, or topics tailored to your visitors, students, or users.
What subjects or themes does the content cover?
Our platform includes activities across a wide range of subjects and themes – such as language, mathematics, science, history, well-being, physical activity, and collaboration. Many games can also be used thematically, for example for exhibitions, campaigns, or themed learning weeks.
What physical space requirements are needed?
ActiveFloor requires a flat area with space for the floor projection (minimum 3.2 x 2 meters) and approximately 2.7 meters ceiling height to ensure correct projector installation. Access to power is required, and dimmed lighting is recommended for optimal visibility and performance.
How long does it take from order to installation?
Typically, it takes 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to installation, depending on your facilities and chosen solution. You will have a dedicated contact person throughout the process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Do we need IT expertise to maintain the system?
No. The system is designed to be user-friendly and does not require advanced technical knowledge. Updates are handled automatically, and our support team is always ready to assist if needed.
Can ActiveFloor be used by children or users with special needs?
Yes. Many of our customers use ActiveFloor in special education environments. Movement, visual stimulation, and flexible content customization make it a powerful tool for inclusion and differentiated learning.
Do we have to create the activities ourselves – or is content included?
A comprehensive library of ready-to-use games and learning activities is included. All content is developed by teachers, educators, and facilitators. You can also create your own activities using our intuitive editor.
Is training or onboarding included?
Yes. When your ActiveFloor is installed, you will receive a thorough introduction. We also offer workshops and online guidance to ensure both new and experienced users get the most out of the solution.
Can multiple people use it at the same time?
Yes – this is one of ActiveFloor’s key strengths. Multiple users can be active simultaneously, promoting collaboration, movement, and social interaction. It works equally well for group activities and individual learning.
